30+ days to honor warranty
One of my blink cameras stopped working inexplicably. I contacted customer service to the website support and its been 30+ days to try and get a replacement.
They will send vague request that make no sense almost every interaction to where I have to question what theyre saying to me and then the service representative changes on the email for example they finally stated they would send to me a new camera and requested my address which I sent in a day later they respond and say we also need your phone number, but I dont read my email as fast as it comes in so days later Im sending and phone number that couldve easily have been requested on the prior email. They also needed proof that my camera didnt work and thats what they said we need proof your camera doesnt work. How do you want this proof you have to explain this to me I dont understand what youre asking me hes not what format they said, I could upload a video to the email response, I uploaded a video but of course that video did not include me taking the batteries in and out. Theyve never sent it to me any requirements in the video of what they need it is if Im supposed to read their minds and theyre broken poor English.
This is been ridiculous experience. Im absolutely frustrated, dissatisfied.
I will never purchase from them again , at this moment I have still have not received my warranty and replacement of a blink camera. It has been over 40 days since my first contact.
