Disgrutal

I WAS NEVER informed after 2yrs 2 camera with module i would need a subscription and they want me to pay,that;s the dam reason i got the module!!! NOT right that they or allowed to do this to the consumer.I WOULD NOT EVER DEAL with blink again looks like another SCAM to me.

30+ days to honor warranty

One of my blink cameras stopped working inexplicably. I contacted customer service to the website support and its been 30+ days to try and get a replacement.

They will send vague request that make no sense almost every interaction to where I have to question what theyre saying to me and then the service representative changes on the email for example they finally stated they would send to me a new camera and requested my address which I sent in a day later they respond and say we also need your phone number, but I dont read my email as fast as it comes in so days later Im sending and phone number that couldve easily have been requested on the prior email. They also needed proof that my camera didnt work and thats what they said we need proof your camera doesnt work. How do you want this proof you have to explain this to me I dont understand what youre asking me hes not what format they said, I could upload a video to the email response, I uploaded a video but of course that video did not include me taking the batteries in and out. Theyve never sent it to me any requirements in the video of what they need it is if Im supposed to read their minds and theyre broken poor English.

This is been ridiculous experience. Im absolutely frustrated, dissatisfied.

I will never purchase from them again , at this moment I have still have not received my warranty and replacement of a blink camera. It has been over 40 days since my first contact.

Outdoor camera will not show anything at night and can’t talk to anybody to help me

My outside camera will not show a picture in the dark. Cant talk to anybody on the phone to try to troubleshoot it.

Update phone number

No complaints its that I took my cell phone to the geek squad for a complete restoration and it wiped out all my data and to update it and reset my system it sends my password to my old cell phone number so I need to update my new cell number to (714) 936-**** so I can reset my slam system so I need to speak with a customer service representative to make that change and update my information please

Had 1 blink inside cam. Bought 6 more. My phone # changed and I lost my password. According to David there is no way for me to get them to send the 2 step authentication to my existing email or new phone! So, I am sending them all back to Amazon and buying something else. Gawd!!!

Called because system module was off line, went through all trouble shooting before call. The rep I got was hard to understand and was not helpful at all. He stated he could not find my email address I told him I had received and email earlier from blink team so he ask the email address which is same-one I had given earlier.
