Fraud, false advertising and failure to honor their written warranty.

I have contacted the FTC about this company's Fraudulent Practices and will be filing a class-action suit. Plus calling the Consumer board.

Bought 2 Blink X2 outdoor cameras, after 1st rain product failed, their warranty states 1 year of materials and workmanship, with no mention of water damage being excluded. Yet when you call for the warranty they tell you too bad you need to buy a new camera as water damage is not covered. Look at the webpage on Amazon, it clearly shows lots of water, and they claim great views in all weather.

My camera lights are working but my camera is offline

While I appreciate your concern for wanting to please your accounts, The name you are using for customer service is more of a negative school boy level. Why not use a name that is classic or on more of an adult level. Step up to a higher level and rename with a more positive compelling adjective. Your glass should be more half Full than half empty. Hope you get it!

No one answers customer support calls

Trying to talk tosomeone from this company is impossible. I have emailed, called 3x and left voicemails. No response at all. No one answers the calls or calls you back. Poorly ran company, from someone who is wanting to PAY for a subscription.

User's recommendation: Don’t by X2 cameras because you will need a subscription.

I've had My blink cameras stolen and broken to gain access to my private property

Sqautters and trespassing to gain access to my private property across the street and on the corner there is a white too story house there out the front door bragging about the theft of my cameras and gaining access to my private property violating My civil rights and the constitution. There actively on my private property and out there front doors bragging and treating me and my kids lives

Can't connect to sync module

The fact that you sell these "modules" and some of them I'm right out of a sealed box are already registered to an account already is appalling and scetchy. I will never purchase your product and will continue to advocate others not to as well

One camera loses battery life

I've tried customer support multiple times with no help concerning a camera that won't hold battery charge. I decided to just go ahead and replace the camera until I saw the big price increase. Guess I could have purchased the camera cheaper than constantly buying batteries, but I'm afraid of getting another defective camera and no customer service. Don't bother me with your useless emails that don't accomplish anything.

User's recommendation: Don't buy Blink cameras. Look for a system with customer support or replacement for defective equipment.

Terrible customer support

Dissatisfied customer

Can not reach a person at customer service to resolve issues. And my trial is ending tomorrow!. I have made numerous calls. Apparently they can't be reached by a human being. I tried Amazon they were of no help either!

Locked out of account

My wife received a message from blank saying they need an account verification they sent a code but my wife don't have email it goes to my phone when I try to put the code they send me into her phone it says invalid pin we both been using our phones for the blink I don't understand all of a sudden it won't allow her to access the blink it's very frustrating
