A new module cost $69.00 Im not happy I have to spend more money on my blink system. It was working fine for several years.

I first tried calling technical support to get help with the set up of the camera. It asked if I was from the United States and if I was in Central east or west I stated I was in east United States.
I was done sent to an outsourced technical support system and got someone on the phone. I could not understand with an accent from another country. I then called back to the headquarters hotline and again was sent to an outsourced system in another country where again I could understand them because of their accent. they continued to talk, but yet I could not understand.
I numerously asked for someone that could speak English that I could understand. I finally had enough and hung up and here.
I am writing a review about this product and their technical support and inability to reach an American person in the headquarters even. I just bought this product today and I will be returning it today because of this.
User's recommendation: All technical support is outsourced in other countries so you will have a hard time understanding the person when you are already having trouble with your device set up I would not buy a product from this company.

Im simply trying to add new debit card because my previous one was stolen , been speaking on message with someone over four days still no closer to getting it done , absolute disgraceful service .

Very user unfriendly! Tech support goes nowhere, and then they want money to proceed. I was just trying to get an answer on rebates for upgrading to Gen 4.

Constantly need to change batteries; after purchasing Wi-Fi booster, now cameras constantly need resetting. Should have gone with a different system. These cameras suck.
Not showing clips from camera for motion detection.

5 mouths ago I lost my phone so therefore I couldnt Remember the email from my doorbell camera. It has been five months now and I still havent got my camera reset I am beyond pissed and I need somebody to call me at my number ASAP.
This is not fair and I want my doorbell camera RESET! So I spent money for a camera that they wont reset

I would like to speak to a manager with regards to my blink device. I am in Canada
I ordered Blink video doorbell camera +sync module 2 on March22.
We had the blink subscription free for 1 and was able to see everything and save when doorbell would ring.
Subscription is over and I bought a usb from Amazon and it wasnt working. So I called blink for help asked for a manager.
It still didnt work so he sent a new usb which still doesnt work and a usb hub for my MacBook, I called asked to speak to a manager and he sent a new device.
He wrote address wrong no street #. I am so frustrated

Verified ReviewerVery unhappy with tech support. The person we talked to could not enunciate or speak clearly. When we asked him to please speak slowly, he got nasty. If he had to repeat himself, he got belligerent
This is unacceptable. We were on the phone with this guy (from some foreign country) for 40 minutes and nothing was resolved.
He was nasty. He put us on hold repeatedly. Finally, he tells us we need to buy a new module. Hello?
We pay yearly for this service.
They can send the new module. Goodbye Blink.

There is a charge on my bank account for 40.76 that I did not order. This was unauthorized.
Someone used my card to get something. I am trying to get this charge removed.

Lousy customer support!!
Cameras never turn on very well. You can adjust sensitivity all you want up and down.
It will pick up mosquitos but if you are in the yard looking at the camera it usually takes a few minutes before it sends an alert to your phone and by that time whatever it was in your yard is long gone and you have a beautiful view of your lawn. Also have never really worked properly since new.
Wont store video on a thumb drive very often and cant arm or disarm worth a crap. Then the module is off line 8 days out of 10 and if you arent home you cant do anything with them.
Take Spanish as a second language if you want any support as well.
I wouldnt buy these if I could do it again!!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Stay away from these guys.
They do not stand by their products. When you have a problem they give every excuse and avoid fixing it.
I have never been able to speak to a manager even when they say one will call me back. Stay Away from Blink

I bought a BRAND NEW DEVICE from Best buy got Blink they said device had glitches so send it to them and will send me another device. There device was REFURBISHED STILL HAD SCRATCH MARKS AND HIGHLIGHTER MARKS ON IT.
SO THEY LIED AND TOOK GOOD DEVICE. I HAD PAID for a YEAR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN MY PLAN Was cancelled because it went to old device which TECH SUPPORT DELETED IN AN ATTEMPT TO ADD NEW DEVICE. SO REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT AND TOOK MY $100 now blink and Amazon is playing the game of who's fault it is and who to call so I'm out of the 599. I paid for BRAND NEW DEVICE AND $100 I bought during.
Christmas time so I made. A sacrifice because MY SON WAS MURDERED IN MY HOME
