- Left wired equipment for the new owner; I can't access my account without the old serial number and had a long, unproductive support call.
Sold home and left wired equipment for new owner. 3 years later Im ready to install equipment at [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA].
I cant get to my account because they want the serial number of the old equipment! I had to explain same story 9 times before they finally understood Then another hour on the phone trying to set up equipment.
Numerous Unsuccessful attempts, they finally gave up and said to change my Internet from 5G to 2.4. I give up!

I signed into look at my videos and it says unauthorized user. Nothing has changed and I'm paid up to date.
Idk if my account was hacked or the company went out of business or what. I called both phone numbers,their direct line 781-332-****, and their toll free number starting with 833 and both are disconnected. Amazon customer support confirmed they can't get through by phone either because neither number is working.
Now my home isn't secure and they're not responding to the ticket I submitted online. This company is a ripoff!

Called because locked out of acct due to forgotten password. Called the company and for 2 weeks and 7 calls later its still not fixed all they tel me is we will email you then. This is crazy and Im about to get a lawyer involved

Just got off the phone with them.

Explained 3 times what the problem with the camera is and she still didn't understand and kept asking "what the problem you are having". They need to get people that not only speak English but also understand English. So frustrating!

Camera lighting continues not to work
- Attempts to fix the Dusk to dawn issue failed; Blink couldn't fix it.

I have gone through the steps to attempt to fix the "Dusk to dawn" issue. Blink is unable to fix the issue even after multiple tries.
It's obvious, after reading reviews online, that the product is not what it is advertised to be.
And customer service is useless. They are definitely not worth the price.

Unless you want to pay a monthly subscription stay away from blink cameras. They are virtually useless unless you pay for the subscription.
I wish I had known this before I purchased their junk. My advice is to avoid blink like the clap!

Terrible cameras I had for a year, and one broke in 6 months. I even had to pay for the BS service that did not do much of anything.
I was very disappointed. I contacted them, and there was no help whatsoever. I ended up throwing them in the garbage and will never buy again and don't recommend.
Wyze is the same; it's straight garbage. Honestly, I wish I had a refund for this trash, but you know they won't make it right!

- May to July 2025: two cameras under warranty, unresolved.
- Can't get a clear warranty decision; responses repeat troubleshooting.
I have been trying to get two cameras replaced (under warranty) since May 2025. It is now mid-July 2025.
I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps they’ve asked (several times). It takes them at least a week to even reply. When they do, it’s just repeating troubleshooting steps. I can’t even get them to say whether they are going to honor their warranty or not.
If your customer service rep is RM, Ronna Mae, you’d be better off just cracking your skull open with a hammer.
Trust me, it will be less painful. I’m still trying to get my cameras replaced.

- Difficult to reach English-speaking support for camera setup.
- I plan to return the product due to outsourced support and language barriers.
I first tried calling technical support to get help with the set up of the camera. It asked if I was from the United States and if I was in Central east or west I stated I was in east United States.
I was done sent to an outsourced technical support system and got someone on the phone. I could not understand with an accent from another country. I then called back to the headquarters hotline and again was sent to an outsourced system in another country where again I could understand them because of their accent. they continued to talk, but yet I could not understand.
I numerously asked for someone that could speak English that I could understand. I finally had enough and hung up and here.
I am writing a review about this product and their technical support and inability to reach an American person in the headquarters even. I just bought this product today and I will be returning it today because of this.
User's recommendation: All technical support is outsourced in other countries so you will have a hard time understanding the person when you are already having trouble with your device set up I would not buy a product from this company.
